I think when I got mine originally it was through a group buy that ordered from out of country. But to date that order a bit, it was before the existance of alltrac.net on the gt4 yahoo group.

What Side do you need don? I think i have a spare passenger side.

No kidding I found them here: http://www.rhdjapan.com/ but the were like $150  I don't "need: them but the rubber gasket around them are coming off in places but for $33 I might just buy some so I have them. Well start by ordering one. Whats the worst that can happen? You'll have an extra stock one you can sell or return.
