Sponsor Ship Form

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor/sponsor of the Puget Sound Toyota Owners Festival. Without companies like yours it would be very difficult to keep our event fresh and entertaining. Our event typically draws over 150 show vehicles and over 300 spectators. That is a large, target audience for your business to market and sell to in one day.

You can choose from the options below that best fits your needs and budget.

Vendor bundle 1 - $50
Includes space for a 10'x10' tent and 1 show vehicle
Also gets you listed as a vendor on our event postings on over 50 Toyota, Scion and Lexus forums

Vendor bundle 2 - $100
Space for 2 10'x10' tents and up to 3 show vehicles
Also gets you listed as a vendor on our event postings on over 50 Toyota, Scion and Lexus forums

Sponsor level 1 -$200
Space for 2 10'x10' tents and up to 3 show vehicles
Listed as a sponsor of the event which will be bolder and more prominent than the vendor list
Listed on the official event flyer
Also gets you banner ad space on our rotating banner on our main page for 6 months. Thanks to our re posting of current Toyota news, it gets a lot of traffic.

Sponsor level 2 - $500
Space for your display regardless of size (Within reason of course)
Listed as a sponsor of the event which will be bolder and more prominent than the vendor list
Listed on the official event flyer
Gets you banner ad space on our rotating banner on our main page for 1 year.
Your own section on our forum, to market your current deals directly to our members
Mentions of your business over the PA system during the event to draw attention to your display.
